YOUR ROLE


We’re on a transformational journey and our objective is to support our people and business to provide great customer experiences and build a modular, digitised insurance business. With the ongoing growth our business is experiencing, we need only but the best talent to help us deliver on our business goals. As such, we’re looking for an experienced Delivery Lead who is ready to join us on this exciting journey and be a part of our Customer Tech and Journeys team.


This role will see you as part of a technology products and services division that creates market differentiation through deployment of resilient and innovative technology via contemporary methods at scale.

This is a full-time permanent position, where you’ll need to be comfortable working in the office and from home. The successful candidate will be based in Australia or New Zealand near one of our major offices.


ABOUT YOU


  • A solid track record of leading and delivering technology initiatives/projects

  • 10+ years technology initiative/project management experience

  • Exposure to Portfolio Delivery Management practices

  • Experience in managing initiatives/projects across multi-disciplined teams

  • Degree in business or technology related field

  • Formal Project Management qualifications

  • Agile SDLC experience

  • Waterfall SDLC experience

  • Experience in matrix management organisations

  • Experience in 3rd party/vendor management

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities
